The Industrial Revolution began its transformation on the Western European nation of which we instantly call the United Kingdom. Around the mid to late 1700s important discoveries were made in three different sectors which is a lot said to have sparked the Industrial Revolution. Before these two inventions cotton was spun by a method of cottage industry, a dust employing common rural artisans to make additional income by crafting materials on their own property. This system of production was cumbersome, inefficient and had little uniformity. These inventions allowed for the industrialization of the industry resulting in a centralized production facility which was also ofttimes more efficient.
