The virtually significant events in American register spanning the 50s, 60s 70s 80s and the 90s acquire changed our great country with all the different events that have taken place from decade to decade. This paper will dish surface the end of the Korean War, Civil Rights Movement, Vietnam War, the Watergate scandal, Reaganomics and the end of communism in Russia and Eastern Europe into our future 10 years to augur globalization in Americas future.
The 1950s
American enters the Cold War with the other super power, Russia. This would be the most significant event of this decade. With each political governing luggage compartment from the end of WWII through to the beginning of the Cold War in the midst of the two super powers; the United States and Russia have dominated our history. At the Korean Wars end, the United States had a sound economy, a massive military establishment, and the atomic bomb. In contrast, oft of the Soviet Union lay in ruins (Davidson, 2006).
With the Truman philosophy of the somewhat Deal programs in the late 40s aimed at making courteous rights for the people better.



Truman tried to stimulate the economy with social reform, alone obtaining opposition from the Republicans, who took over Congress and blocked his civil rights movement. He came back at them and made change within the laws that allowed him to pull in the desegregation of the armed forces. When the Korean War was over, all the soldiers came phratry and needed their jobs back, which created a loss of jobs for the housewives and the minorities.
The economy was stimulated by the automobile and the housing industry, people asked to move out from the urban cities and become more suburbia. This led to more roadstead being developed and growth of a culture of mobility in the 50s. This prosperity here at home would be parasitic on a stable international system of markets and resources.
